About The Position
As a Cosmetics Beauty Advisor at Le Labo, you will play a pivotal role in creating an engaging and enjoyable shopping experience for our customers. The cosmetics floor is considered the heart of the store, and your presence will be felt the moment customers walk through the doors. Your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional service and in-depth product knowledge. You will be expected to offer makeup application lessons, skincare consultations, and treatments, while also providing expert advice on the latest trends in beauty. Your friendly and welcoming demeanor will help keep the excitement alive on the sales floor, ensuring that customer needs are always prioritized. In this role, you will also be responsible for driving sales both in-store and online by leveraging technology to enhance the customer experience. You will participate in merchandising and operational tasks, ensuring that the store is visually appealing and well-organized. Your ability to connect with customers and understand their beauty needs will be crucial in achieving sales targets and fostering loyalty.
