About the position

As a Cosmetic Merchandiser at Apollo Retail, you will engage in project-based work to enhance the visual appeal of cosmetic products and displays in retail environments. Your role will involve collaborating with store managers, ensuring product availability, and maintaining attractive merchandising standards to drive sales. This position offers flexible hours and the opportunity to work across various locations.

Responsibilities

• Perform cosmetic merchandiser duties including planogram implementations, resets, display setups, product cut-ins, audits, cleaning and stocking shelves, retagging, and product rotation for various cosmetic brands.
• Ensure store appearance and merchandise displays align with planograms.
• Accurately report daily hours worked via an online portal accessible with a smartphone, computer, or tablet.
• Photograph finished assignments and report them to your District Manager after completion.
• Build relationships with retail store associates and management during daytime retail business hours.
• Adapt to changing work schedules, including occasional evening or weekend work.

Requirements

• Must have reliable transportation to travel 30 to 60 miles to multiple locations in the designated area.
• Effective communication skills with customers, team members, and Apollo management team.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, climb, and lift heavy objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to read diagrams or instructions, process instructions, and use hand tools as necessary.
• Must be 18 years or older.
