About The Position

This is not a plug-and-play associate role. It’s a chance to step into a mature, cosmetically focused dermatology practice near Norwalk with real equity on the table. Whether your goal is to step into partnership with a clear path to ownership or to build a cosmetic-forward practice within an established platform, this opportunity is designed for a dermatologist ready to shape the future of the practice. The practice has an in-demand cosmetic focus, fully equipped with lasers, supported by experienced RNs and draws a patient base that travels intentionally for care. There is room (both physically and strategically) to expand services, including the addition of a Mohs lab.

Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible dermatologist
• Comfortable with general dermatology and procedural care
• Enjoys and regularly performs injectables and minimally invasive cosmetic procedures
• Entrepreneurial mindset with long-term interest in partnership or ownership
• Values quality, reputation and building something lasting
