The Utility Person Corrugator will perform various tasks including checking for count accuracy and conformance to specifications, double-checking for quality issues, measuring finished sheets for accuracy, and inserting proper load tags into finished units. The operator will also check units for appearance, operate count stations and load tag printers, restack non-conforming units, and document non-conforming materials. The role requires the operator to determine whether orders are complete or partial, wear required personal protective equipment, and maintain a clean work area. Additionally, the operator must be able to safely lift/move up to 50lbs and follow lock-out/tag-out procedures.
