Requirements

Prior Corrugator Supervisory and Management experience
Proficiency in Excel, including but not limited to:
Pivot Tables
VLOOKUP’s
Equations and Conditional Calculations
Creating and maintaining automated reports

Responsibilities

Manage and ensure safety, quality and productivity of our corrugator staff
Recognize good performance and acknowledge employees
Ensure policies and procedures are followed, which includes administering corrective discipline.
Record absenteeism and attendance.
Delegate employees to tasks when needed, and assist in scheduling personnel on overtime.
Respond, record, and investigate accidents and administer first aid.
Ensure production floor feedback is accurately recorded in Kiwi system.
Supply tooling and resources to employees and machines.
Communicate interdepartmentally to make accurate decisions of customer orders, maintenance on machines, and employee training.
Use computer to enter customer orders in machine line-up, check inventory, employee scanning in and out of work, and corrugator schedule lineup.
Participate and facilitate communication meetings with employees pertaining to safety, toolbox discussions, daily production walks, preventative maintenance meetings and monthly Crew Leader meetings.
Write up, and/or approve maintenance work orders.
Participates in continuous improvement and effectively communicate opportunities to improve efficiencies and effectiveness for this position.
Provides direction and leadership to employees in all departments as needed.
