About The Position

Daily operational responsibilities, implementing and maintaining systems, driving manufacturing improvements as well as leading, coaching, motivating and engaging the work teams to accomplish operational objectives. This is a 3rd shift position.

Requirements

  • 5 years of Corrugator experience in lieu to Degree will be considered
  • Bachelor's degree in business, in industrial packaging or a related field (i.e. manufacturing industry) preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills (verbal and written), dealing with individuals at all levels; comfortable to represent the company in the best possible light, using various means of communication (presentations, customer briefs etc.)
  • High energy, with the ability to work in fast-paced environment
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate & develop both senior and junior level staff
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Self-motivated and committed individual, strong work ethic
  • Excellent analytical skills, methodical approach and commercial acumen

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in business, in industrial packaging or a related field (i.e. manufacturing industry) preferred

Responsibilities

  • Maintain quality, efficiencies, and production levels set by management
  • Communicate standards to the team
  • Establish high morale with in department by showing fairness, consistency.
  • Effectively communicate operational information in both oral and written format at all levels: crew members, other supervisors, plant management, office personnel and outside customers and vendors
  • Actively promote and ensure compliance with safety, quality and other programs and initiatives utilized within the organization
  • May be assigned to other projects and duties
