About The Position
The Correspondence Management Analyst will support the Defense Health Agency (DHA) by managing inquiries and correspondence within the Military Health System network. This role involves utilizing the ETMS2 tool to route inquiries, maintain management control procedures, and ensure timely completion of correspondence actions. The analyst will work closely with leadership to prioritize tasks and provide reports on correspondence status, while also coordinating with various agencies and performing quality control on written communications.
