About The Position

Requirements

• Four years of experience with clients from diverse backgrounds in corrections, social work, or related fields.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, including supervisory roles or completion of a leadership program.
• Knowledge of human resources principles and procedures.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Human relation and conflict resolution skills.

Nice To Haves

• Completion of a degree in Corrections, Criminal Justice, or related field with an emphasis in corrections/criminal justice.
• Two or more years of supervisory experience in a correctional environment.
• Experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating correctional programs.
• Training or experience in Evidence Based Practices (EBP).
• Experience in committee and/or project leadership.
