This position is responsible for assessing, developing, delivering, evaluating training, recording, and tracking all mandated, elective and specialty training of all staff for the facility. It involves the supervision of assigned training staff and contributes to the administration of the performance management system for staff. The role also includes conducting ongoing inspections to maintain security, sanitation, and good order of the institution, and interacting with management, staff, visitors, inmates, and the public to ensure orderly and secure operations.
