About The Position
This position is responsible for the menu planning and food service operation at the Winnebago Correctional Center. This position plans meals and procures supplies, cares for and cleans kitchen equipment, maintains food inventory and ensures proper sanitation methods. This position also provides orientation, instruction, and communicates dietary and menu changes to Center System food service staff as well as Persons in our Care (PIOC) food service workers.
