Security and Safety: Conducting searches, maintaining security, and responding to emergencies to ensure a safe environment for both staff and inmates. Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining accurate records of inmate activities, incidents, and observations. Interactions with Inmates: Building relationships with inmates, mediating conflicts, and providing guidance to promote positive behavior. Training and Development: Participating in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge related to correctional practices and procedures.
