About The Position
The position exists as a first line formal supervisory role dedicated to overseeing or providing supervision for direct care Youth Services Specialists. This includes managing staff scheduling, overseeing admissions/releases, and ensuring compliance with DYS Policy and QAYS DYS Compliance Standards. The role is part of the Youth Center Leadership Team and integrates trauma responsiveness and DYS Strategic Plan goals.
