About The Position

The Correctional Probation Senior Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing the operations of a large probation and parole office. Requirements

• Certified in accordance with Florida Statutes 943.13.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Valid driver's license as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise correctional probation officers, senior officers, specialists, and support staff.

• Distribute and review workloads to ensure uniform enforcement of supervision orders.
• Conduct case reviews and monitor compliance with supervision standards.
• Evaluate employee performance and develop improvement plans as necessary.
• Maintain liaison with judiciary, law enforcement, and treatment providers.
• Manage office budget and oversee office operations.
• Conduct investigations and manage offenders as required.
• Assist in training and development of staff.
