About The Position

The assignment is for a family nurse practitioner licensed to work in Ohio with at least one year of NP work experience in primary care to provide on-site services part-time to the male population at this correctional facility. The schedule is weekdays only (no evenings, weekends, or holidays). Shifts can have some flexibility with start and end times based on facility operations. The assignment is projected to last 3 months, but may be extended based on need and a mutually good fit. The following credentialing documents must be submitted: a comprehensive resume with education (with location and year of graduation), training, complete work history, an Ohio license, healthcare-professional level BLS/CPR certification, and board certification. A Drug Enforcement Administration certification should also be submitted as required for the assignment. If an offer is extended, the vendor must supply drug and TB test documents for review by the hiring manager at least 48 hours before the start date, or the start date may be postponed.
