Requirements
- Valid LPN license in the state of practice.
- Strong skills in medical documentation and patient assessment techniques.
- Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment while providing compassionate care.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective patient interaction.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to healthcare regulations.
- BLS, TB, Physical, Vaccines, Covid, Background, Drug Screen
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses or physicians.
- Assist in the assessment of patient health by collecting vital signs and medical histories.
- Provide care for patients a correctional environment as needed.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed while ensuring accurate medical documentation.
- Support specimen collection processing and maintain laboratory standards.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and families about health management and preventive care practices.
- Participate in case management activities to ensure comprehensive patient support.
