Requirements

• Four years of experience in a manufacturing environment involved in production, production planning, or quality control.
• Some responsibility for the production output of other workers.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and instructing inmates in skilled craftwork in woodworking and metal fabrication.
• Assigning work to inmates and planning work routes.
• Generating and maintaining cost reports, production inventory data, and time records.
• Maintaining discipline and enforcing security measures within assigned areas.
• Conducting performance reviews of inmates.
