Under the direction of the Program Supervisor, conducts services and supports for the criminal justice involved population and persons in crisis within a location that the individual is, or prefers, to assist them with successful community reintegration and reduction or prevention in recidivism. Additionally, the Tasks will include but are not limited to safety assessments, crisis intervention and other coordination tasks in the office, via telehealth, mobile crisis response, jail, and the community; provides coordination and case management for criminal justice involved individuals to assist them in functioning in their environment, serve as a mental health resource for other professionals, communicates and consults with staff from internal and external programs to assist with treatment recommendations, and provides liaison/consultation and mental health education services for community agencies and resource persons; preforms related work as required.
