About The Position

Colorado West Healthcare System d/b/a Community Hospital (“Community”) Wellness Program: Develop an annual strategic wellness plan for Community. Utilizing data (health screenings, benefit surveys, claims data, etc.), assess, develop, implement, and evaluate a strategic wellness plan that promotes healthy lifestyles and reduces health risks. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including HR, Occupational Medicine, etc. to ensure alignment of wellness programs with company goals and resources. Develop and manage a budget to address the strategic wellness plan activities/challenges, programs, and services. Develop and present an annual organizational health report. Develop and implement consistent lunch n’ learns, challenges, activities, educational events on needs topics, as determined by data. Develop reports and dashboards as requested, including a monthly dashboard of activities/challenges for Community Hospital Board of Trustees. Outside Employer Groups Health & Wellness Programs: Serve as a health/wellness resource for employer group(s). Promote Community Hospital wellness services for employer groups; write and submit RFP in response to employers seeking wellness services. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in health promotion, community/corporate health or health-related field.
  • At least one (1) year of related experience and knowledge of health and wellness programming OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
