The Corporate Trust Administrator will be responsible to manage and/or oversee the day-to-day transactions including payments, tickler review, account set up, account reviews and other compliance related items for a wide variety of Corporate Trust products. The associate will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing governing documents and consulting with Relationship Managers as necessary. The associate will adhere to corporate, division and departmental policies and procedures, as well as following regulatory and compliance concerns. The associate will demonstrate collaboration with both internal partners as well as external clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or related work equivalent is required.
  • 1 to 3 years demonstrated successful track record in a diverse Corporate Trust environment is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite is required.
  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills are required.
  • WSFS Bank will only consider candidates who are presently authorized to work for any employer in the United States and who will not require work visa sponsorship from WSFS Bank now or in the future in order to retain their authorization to work in the United States.

  • Knowledge of Trust 3000 is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Relationship Manager with a book of accounts by performing all duties required under the governing documents and providing an excellent customer experience.
  • The associate will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing governing documents to set up accounts in ACS, set up and collect ticklers, to determine cash activities and to set up fees, consulting with the Relationship Manager as needed.
  • Associate will manage payments, daily cash activities, collection of receivables, and generating any required reports.
  • Foster client relationships assigned to them by the Relationship Manager, serving as primary point of contact; resolve and respond to client requests in a timely fashion.
  • Assist Relationship Managers in ensuring a stellar customer experience.
  • Associate will facilitate closing conditions are met such as signature page distribution, outgoing wires, onboarding the client, and trust account set up.
  • Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of policies and procedures.
  • Adhere to the internal risk and regulatory requirements.
  • Promote a positive team culture, provide support to all Relationship Managers, and participate in projects as needed.
