As a Financial Risk Intern at Robinhood, you will be part of the team that ensures the company's financial stability and compliance with regulatory requirements. You will gain hands-on experience in risk assessment, financial analysis, and strategic planning. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about finance, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. This role is based in our Washington, D.C. office, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week. Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior internship or work experience in finance or risk management is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of risk management strategies.
  • Conduct financial analysis to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Support the preparation of risk assessment reports and presentations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data.
  • Monitor financial markets and regulatory changes to assess their impact on the company.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on risk management practices.
