- Collaborate with a varied group of colleagues in Finance and across the Firm - Responsible for both individual and team deliverables and projects, leveraging knowledge of Finance functional area, tools and/or products - Adhere to the Firm's risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls - Act as a culture carrier; embody the Firm's values and hold yourself accountable to Firm standards - Support regulatory requests from the FRB, OCC and other regional regulators including data analysis, liaising with other groups and presentation of findings - Work with Liquidity Controllers on attributing the liquidity reserve to each Business Unit - Evaluate movements in the Firm's liquidity resources and requirements and prepare presentations for senior management and committees - Participate in the assessment of New Product Approval (NPA) - Ensure that the liquidity stress test models and their corresponding documentation are kept up-to-date through regular recalibrations, ongoing performance monitoring and back testing - Working knowledge of Finance functional area, industry and competitive environment - Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, and adapt to various audiences - Willingness to seek guidance and provide feedback to further develop self and peers - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with teams across both local offices and globally - Well-developed analytical capabilities, including ability to summarize complex business problems and detailed analysis with clarity and brevity - The ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy level environment - At least 2 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role We do it in a way that's differentiated - and we've done that for 90 years. Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $100,000 and $115,000 per year at the commencement of employment.
