The Treasury and Chief Investment Office (TCIO) is a critical function within the Corporate Sector. Global Treasury manages the firm’s global capital, balance sheet, liquidity and funding strategy and positions, as well as establishing funds transfer pricing policy, executing the firm's securitization and share repurchase programs, and managing the firm's relationships with rating agencies. The Chief Investment Office (CIO) manages the Firm's structural interest rate and foreign exchange risks, including analyzing the firm's consolidated and LOB earnings at risk, and conservatively invests the firm’s excess liquidity, generally by investing in high quality securities that are managed for the longer-term as part of the Firm’s investment securities portfolio. The TCIO Global External Reporting group is responsible for managing the TCIO quarterly reporting process, accounting policy documentation, changes to accounting standards, and accounting support to the TCIO front office. The primary role of the candidate will be related to regulatory and SEC reporting within Treasury and Chief Investment Office. The candidate will also participate in the ongoing Finance Automation Projects. The role will provide the candidate with exposure to a range of fixed income and derivative products as well as the relevant investment and hedging strategies. This role will require the candidate to work closely with senior management within TCIO Finance, Global Controller Team, Technology, P&A team, Middle Office, and Financial Control teams.
