About The Position

The Corporate Trainer at Falcon Bank is responsible for developing and delivering training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of training experience required.
  • Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good time management and organizational abilities.
  • Self-motivated and able to multi-task.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Adobe Captivate.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver training programs for employees.
  • Stay updated on new training techniques and methodologies.
