The position Corporate Trainer is responsible for enhancing the technical competencies and soft skills of CAF USA's workforce, ensuring alignment with industry standards and organizational goals. In partnership with SUNY Corning Community College, the Corporate Trainer will develop and facilitate both credit and non-credit courses tailored to the unique requirements of rail car manufacturing. Responsibilities include designing comprehensive training materials, establishing measurable learning outcomes, and organizing various training modalities, such as classroom instruction, e-learning, and labs. The Corporate Trainer will also oversee the integration of training data into the HR training database, ensuring adherence to ISO and regulatory standards, while fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.
