About The Position

The Corporate Trainer will lead the training initiatives for the implementation of the nCino platform within a financial institution. This role focuses on designing, developing, and delivering training programs to ensure effective adoption of the nCino system among internal employees, enhancing their understanding and usage of the platform.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Education, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in corporate training, ideally within a financial institution or technology platform.
  • Strong understanding of the nCino platform, banking operations, and workflows.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to create effective training materials and conduct impactful training sessions.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple training projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to assess training needs and tailor content to different learning styles.
  • Proficiency in using e-learning software and presentation tools.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
  • Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage change effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive training programs, including workshops, webinars, e-learning, and hands-on training tailored to various roles.
  • Design and create training materials such as manuals, presentations, job aids, and user guides for the nCino platform.
  • Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for employees at all levels, both in-person and virtually.
  • Collaborate with department heads and key stakeholders to assess training needs and customize content.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest nCino platform developments and update training materials accordingly.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from training participants to improve training content and delivery.
  • Work closely with IT, operations, and leadership teams to align training programs with organizational goals.
  • Ensure training programs include necessary compliance and regulatory information.
