About the position

As the Corporate Technology Solution Architect for Digital Core Transformation, you will shape and implement technology solutions that drive business transformation and enhance operational efficiency. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy innovative solutions that meet the strategic needs of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain solution architectures that align with business objectives and technology strategies.
• Work closely with business leaders, product managers, and development teams to gather requirements and provide technical expertise.
• Assess and recommend emerging technologies, tools, and platforms to enhance product offerings and improve internal processes.
• Lead the implementation of technology solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural guidelines.
• Design and oversee integration of systems, applications, and data across the enterprise.
• Establish standards and guidelines for solution development, conducting reviews for compliance with architectural principles.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending improvements to enhance system performance.
• Create and maintain comprehensive architecture documentation, including solution designs and technical specifications.
• Establish metrics and monitoring processes to evaluate solution performance.

Requirements

• 7+ years of solution architect experience focusing on cross-platform Data and Analytics solutions.
• Deep understanding of developing a Data and Analytics platform in an Azure environment.
• Experience in system integration lifecycle including system design and deployment, data migration, and data model design.
• Track record of leading multiple large and complex digital analytics platforms.
• Ability to remain flexible and resilient under pressure and comfortable with ambiguity.
• Proficiency with enabling analytics solutions on cloud using native products and services, preferably Azure.
• Deep understanding of data lake architecture across ingestion, transformation, and visualization layers.
• Programming/scripting experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with automation and low code/no code platforms such as SNOW, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, Power Apps.
• Familiarity with sustainability management platforms/tools.
