Requirements
- Active CPA in Georgia (or reciprocity) OR JD with active law license
- 4–7+ years corporate tax compliance or consulting experience
- Strong ASC 740 tax provision experience (prep, review, audit)
- Recent public accounting experience (Top 15 firms preferred)
- Experience with large multi-state/national/global companies
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Willing to work onsite 3 days/week
Responsibilities
- Manage corporate tax compliance and ASC 740 tax provision projects
- Lead client engagements from planning to completion
- Review tax returns and identify tax-saving opportunities
- Work with IRS, state, and international tax authorities
- Mentor and supervise associates and interns
- Support multi-state and global tax matters
- Collaborate with internal tax specialists and client teams
