Requirements
- Active CPA (Illinois/Chicago or reciprocity) OR JD with active law license
- Currently working as a Tax Manager
- 4–7+ years corporate tax compliance or consulting experience
- Recent ASC 740 tax provision experience (within last 1–3 years)
- Public accounting experience (Top 15 firms preferred)
- Experience with large multi-state/national/global companies
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Able to work onsite 2–3 days/week

Responsibilities
- Manage corporate tax compliance and ASC 740 tax provision projects
- Lead client engagements from planning to completion
- Review tax returns and identify tax-saving opportunities
- Work with IRS and state tax authorities
- Mentor and supervise associates and interns
- Support large multi-state and global company tax matters
- Collaborate with internal tax specialists and client teams
