Requirements

• CPA (MA) or JD with active license
• 4–7+ years of corporate tax experience
• Strong ASC 740 (tax provision) experience
• Public accounting background (Top 15 or large regional firm preferred)
• Experience with multi-state or global companies
• Willing to work onsite 3 days a week

Nice To Haves

• OneSource Tax Provision (OTP) experience
• Exposure to SALT, international tax, or transfer pricing
• Currently at Manager level (or strong Senior ready for promotion)

Responsibilities

• Manage corporate tax compliance and consulting engagements
• Review tax returns and identify tax-saving opportunities
• Lead and review ASC 740 tax provision work
• Supervise and mentor team members
• Manage client relationships and engagements
• Research tax issues and respond to IRS/state inquiries
