Job Summary A Tax Manager works closely with partners, staff, and clients and is responsible for planning, managing, reviewing, and completing client engagements. This role will focus heavily on serving foreign inbound companies establishing or expanding operations in the United States, as well as middle-market and seed-stage businesses navigating growth and cross-border complexities. Tax Managers provide proactive tax savings and profitability strategies tailored to globally connected and growth-oriented businesses, working closely with our specialty service teams — including Transfer Pricing and Global Mobility (UK), SALT, International Tax, Valuation, and CFO Advisory to deliver coordinated client solutions. They cultivate strong client relationships, serve as a primary point of contact for designated clients, and contribute to business development efforts within the foreign inbound and middle-market space. Our professionals have one goal in mind when working with clients — to help them minimize their tax liability while remaining compliant with ever-changing tax laws. In addition to consulting and compliance tax services, our team provides international tax guidance, stock option planning, and strategic consultation related to investments, mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, and liquidations. We regularly advise companies entering the U.S. market, scaling operations, or preparing for institutional investment.
