Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 4–7+ years of tax compliance/consulting experience
• CPA or JD (active license)
• Strong corporate tax and ASC 740 experience
• Knowledge of US GAAP and tax regulations
• Experience with multi-state, international tax, and transfer pricing
• Strong analytical, communication, and client management skills

Nice To Haves

• Public accounting experience preferred
• OneSource Tax Provision experience
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork
• Ability to travel as needed

Responsibilities

• Manage tax engagements end-to-end (planning to completion)
• Review corporate tax returns and ASC 740 provisions
• Supervise, train, and mentor team members
• Provide tax planning and advisory support
• Handle IRS and state tax inquiries
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Research and consult on tax matters
• Ensure compliance with professional standards
