About The Position
The Corporate Strategy & Investor Relations Manager at Sezzle, Inc. will spearhead the creation of investor communications, including earnings presentations, press releases, and annual general meetings. This role involves building Sezzle forecast models, highlighting major assumptions, and providing in-depth analysis around monthly, quarterly, and yearly actuals versus forecasts. The manager will define and analyze department key performance indicators (KPIs) and present key findings and actionable next steps. Additionally, the position supports the team in developing internal materials and presentations for Department Leader meetings, Town Halls, and the Board of Directors. The manager will oversee junior team members in the development of materials and presentations, support team members in due diligence on strategic partnership and M&A opportunities, and manage the execution of due diligence on these opportunities. The role also includes monitoring and assessing the company's performance versus competitors, conducting market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, and collaborating with various teams to prepare financial projections and other due diligence items for capital markets activity. Telecommuting from anywhere in the U.S. is permissible.
