About The Position

The Corporate Strategy Associate at Molex will play a crucial role in the Corporate Development team, focusing on strategy development, market entry guidance, and business diagnostics. Requirements

• 1+ years in Consulting, Corporate Strategy, Corporate Development, Private Equity, or Investment Banking
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with structured data, including capabilities in Microsoft Excel, R, Tableau, or other analytical software
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, including presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint
• Project management experience and the ability to drive projects with limited guidance
• Strong business acumen and economic thinking
• Ability to build relationships with team members, internal customers, and external parties

Responsibilities

• Developing point-of-view and strategies to address new markets, product segments, and business models

• Partnering with business leaders to measure and refine strategic choices
• Identifying and assessing business profit drivers and return on investment
• Building acquisition strategies & landscapes, including exposure to origination, analysis, diligence, and close
• Preparing and presenting management and board-level materials
