Corporate Strategy Associate

PluralsightPrior Lake, MN
1d$92,000 - $120,000Hybrid

About The Position

As our Corporate Strategy Associate, you aren’t just crunching numbers; you are a primary architect of our future. You will dive deep into the mechanics of our core business to find hidden levers for growth, scout adjacent markets ripe for disruption, and sharpen our edge in a hyper-competitive landscape. We don’t expect you to have all the answers on day one, but we do expect you to thrive in the "gray area"—turning ambiguity into a concrete roadmap for success. Who you’re committed to being: An Expert Storyteller: You can take a chaotic, conflicting set of data points and weave them into a narrative so clear and compelling that executives can act on it instantly. Principled yet Agile: You have the backbone to stand by your recommendations, but the humility to pivot the second the data tells a different story. A Professional Skeptic: You are your own toughest critic. You challenge your own assumptions before anyone else can, ensuring your logic is bulletproof and your biases are sidelined. A Connector: You’re a natural relationship-builder who speaks the languages of Product, Sales, and Finance, bridging the gap between high-level vision and cross-functional execution.

  • A solid grasp of the B2B SaaS landscape and the unique metrics that drive it.
  • Exceptional written and verbal skills that allow you to simplify the complex.
