About The Position
We are seeking a high-performing, analytical Corporate Strategy Analyst to join our team at RxBenefits, Inc. This full-time position is based in Birmingham, AL, and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our company's strategic direction and decision-making processes. The Corporate Strategy Analyst will report directly to the Director of Corporate Strategy and will play a crucial role in supporting the Corporate Strategy team. This role involves preparing materials and conducting ad hoc research for both annual and long-range strategic plans. The analyst will be responsible for conducting external market research, assessing internal data, and synthesizing findings to identify new growth opportunities and support strategic initiatives. In addition to research and analysis, the Corporate Strategy Analyst will collaborate with various teams across the organization to gather key insights that will aid in the execution of the annual plan and strategic initiatives. A significant part of the role will involve creating executive-level presentations to effectively communicate progress, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders. The analyst will also support a variety of ad-hoc projects as needed, embodying and championing the values of RxBenefits throughout their work.
