Join us in shaping the future of association management, where our values serve as the cornerstone of our success.   What You Will Do: Perform a range of accounting and analytical tasks in addition to interpreting financial reports and data to ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance with company and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles Oversee accounting operations for service units and overhead units Prepare and distribute customized financial reports by established monthly deadlines while ensuring for the quality, timeliness and integrity of data Prepare balance sheet account reconciliations on a monthly basis Collaborate with senior management of service units to produce detailed, monthly analytical reports including variance reports and trend analysis Evaluate monthly financial results with CFO and unit leaders, noting business results and trends Serve as a key contributor in assuring adherence to monthly financial closing schedule (within 10 business days) Provide support for the monthly forecasts and annual budgets Assist with monthly board reports and act as a resource during the annual audit   This Role Might Be for You If…  You have a proven analytical ability and strong project management skills You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to confidently work with upper-level management and executives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year institution with a concentration in Accounting
  • 0-3 years of related accounting experience

Responsibilities
