About The Position

Our Corporate Sourcing and Category Manager is responsible for managing the Corporate Enterprise categories (Travel, IT, Real Estate, HR, Finance, Audit, Corporate Facilities, Consulting Services, Safety) and leading sourcing efforts that reduce our Total-Cost-of-Ownership, while supporting Home Office and Enterprise requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree - Supply Chain, Business or related field; MBA preferred
  • Minimum seven to ten years experience in Strategic Sourcing and Category Management for Enterprise categories (Travel, IT, Real Estate, HR, Finance, Audit, Corporate Facilities, Consulting Services, Safety)
  • Experience utilizing Procure-to-Pay software (preferably Ariba)
  • Proven work experience as a Sourcing and Category Manager
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of market dynamics and sound business judgement
  • Ability to negotiate and sustain networking relationships
  • Analytical mindset - ability to work with dataset to draw insights and conclusions
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of the purchasing strategy for each category, negotiating favorable price and program agreements with the Enterprise suppliers of the Company to obtain optimum quality and service at the lowest cost
  • Manage and direct key suppliers and programs for ensuring Home Office and Enterprise compliance
  • Develop an annual sourcing and savings plan using spend analytics to identify opportunities for additional savings or cost avoidance
  • Lead cross-functional teams using a methodical sourcing process to deliver the optimal mix of products
  • Lead supplier negotiations to secure favorable terms, pricing, and service levels
  • Evaluate new and alternative supply channels to reduce cost and mitigate risk
  • Enhance systems of internal controls on all purchase programs to ensure compliance with Sarbanes Oxley and other Company internal control requirements
  • Meet with key suppliers on a regular basis to ensure issues are addressed and continuous improvement becomes part of the culture
  • Suggest improvements to increase efficiency of supply chain and profitability for the company
  • Establish performance metrics for measurement and comparison
  • Support supplier implementation and enhancement of catalogs within Rollins procure-to-pay system
  • Work with legal to negotiate contracts that protect Rollins from business and market risks
  • Monitor and enforce contract terms, resolving any disputes or issues that arise
