About The Position
The Corporate Soul Benefits Specialist at JSX is responsible for managing transactions and processes related to onboarding, benefits administration, and leave of absences. This role ensures consistency with company policies and procedures while providing comprehensive benefits administration across the organization. Key responsibilities include handling claims issues, new hire enrollment, mid-year status changes, and annual open enrollment, as well as managing special projects related to benefits and wellness events.
