About The Position

The Corporate Solutions Manager at Tallahassee State College is responsible for coordinating services and managing accounts to provide consulting, assessments, and training services to the business community. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• 3 years of experience in business development, training, consulting, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate services and manage accounts for the business community including private for-profit, non-profit, and government sectors.
• Develop a multi-pronged business service model to enhance the Performance Innovation Institute's growth.
• Create, negotiate, and implement business solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Facilitate relationships that promote customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to support new business development.
• Conduct ongoing reviews and analyses of marketing plan effectiveness and ROI.
• Implement a focused outreach plan engaging industry stakeholders.
• Establish annual revenue targets to increase market penetration.
• Create a model for continuous review and improvements in service delivery.
• Recruit and select facilitators/consultants to provide customer solutions, ensuring diversity among services offered.
• Design and implement programming for TSC student entrepreneurs, including events and mentorship opportunities.
• Plan and lead local pitch competitions and entrepreneurship accelerators.
