About The Position
The Corporate Services Specialist/Dispatcher will be the daily lifeline for Mechanics Bank’s 200+ CA locations. We need a portal-savvy, geographically sharp coordinator to own end-to-end service delivery – from emergency triage to photo close-outs.
Requirements
- 2+ years customer service and dispatch (retail/facilities preferred)
- Portal experience (Service Channel, Corrigo, etc.)
- Geographically knowledgeable
- 45 WPM
- Works well under pressure – 70 calls plus per day
Responsibilities
- Field all client requests (portal/phone/email)
- Dispatch techs nationwide with SLA precision
- Keep portal updated daily – ETAs, photos, notes
- Build quotes/POs under $25K
- Backup national scheduling team
