About The Position

BASIC PURPOSE This position reports to the Director of Corporate Services and helps coordinate the Board of Directors’ and Affordable Housing Advisory Council meetings, to ensure effectiveness and efficiency, while maintaining a positive image for the Bank. Serves as the primary Contract Administrator for Corporate Administration. Provides meaningful contributions to the Bank’s Corporate charities. This role also performs a variety of complex tasks in support of Corporate Administration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Corporate Communications, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, professional demeanor, and strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred experience includes working in a corporate environment with executive management, coordinating conferences and workshops of varying sizes, and organizing board and advisory meetings.
  • Familiarity with hotel negotiation, site selection and logistical arrangements is advantageous, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Serves as an Assistant Corporate Secretary by preparing meeting agendas and materials, drafting Board Committee meeting minutes, and supporting other Board-related activities.
  • Coordinates logistical arrangements for external stakeholders, including the Board of Directors and the Affordable Housing Advisory Council. Responsibilities include site selection, hotel negotiations and preparation of meeting materials.
  • Serves as a liaison for the Board of Directors, overseeing all meeting-related correspondence, agendas, documents, and logistical arrangements to ensure efficient communication and coordination.
  • Serves as a liaison for the Executive Management Committee.
  • Serves as Contract Administrator for Corporate Administration and Human Resources, ensuring standardized documentation, proper routing, signature approvals, accurate records, and timely periodic reviews.
  • Coordinates FHLB system meetings and other key meetings as assigned.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned.
