About The Position

Since our customers are located throughout North America, this critical position can be based at any of our main locations within the United States or work from your home office. You will oversee and manage assigned customer accounts and ensure that corporate agreements and service performance are carried out according to the agreement scope and to the customer’s complete satisfaction. On a day-to-day basis you will work closely with both internal and external customers to manage the agreement to meet both the customer requirements and internal goals, check that processes are running smoothly, and ensure we fulfill the requirements of service agreements to meet customer needs. Expectations Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or project management or a similar related field; four to six years’ related experience in agreement management or paper machine and mill experience as a paper machine engineer, process manager, paper mill operations or maintenance management or service supplier to the industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires excellent client management skills including an understanding of general Project Management practices. Because the role requires a close connection to our customers, there is an expectation of about 30-50% travel as part of this role. Requirements
