The Strategic Initiatives & Operations team sits within Corporate and reports to the Chief Strategy Officer. Our team focuses on high-impact projects that span corporate functions (e.g., HR, Finance) and business divisions, with a strong emphasis on the North American concerts business and cross-business-unit initiatives. We tackle a wide range of projects, including revenue growth strategies, operations improvement, benchmarking & performance analysis, and merger & acquisitions. Additionally, we work on the company’s annual strategic planning process, support Board of Directors communications, and develop the annual investor deck.
