About The Position

Live Nation Entertainment is the world’s leading live entertainment company, comprised of global market leaders: Ticketmaster, Live Nation Concerts, and Live Nation Media & Sponsorship. Ticketmaster is the global leader in event ticketing with over 620 million tickets sold annually and approximately 10,000 clients worldwide. Live Nation Concerts is the largest provider of live entertainment in the world promoting more than 50,000 events annually for nearly 7,000 artists in 40+ countries. These businesses allow Live Nation Media & Sponsorship to create strategic music marketing programs that connect more than 1,200 sponsors with the 145 million fans that attend Live Nation Entertainment events each year. The Strategic Initiatives & Operations team sits within Corporate and reports to the Chief Strategy Officer. Our team focuses on high-impact projects that span corporate functions (e.g., HR, Finance) and business divisions, with a strong emphasis on the North American concerts business and cross-business-unit initiatives. We tackle a wide range of projects, including revenue growth strategies, operations improvement, benchmarking & performance analysis, and merger & acquisitions. Additionally, we work on the company’s annual strategic planning process, support Board of Directors communications, and develop the annual investor deck.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree required
  • 2-3 years of post-undergraduate experience, ideally from a top management consulting firm or top investment bank
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including experience with market sizing, data analysis & modeling, and financial modeling
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for music and live entertainment
  • The ability to be in-person at our Beverly Hills office

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market sizing and build financial models to evaluate growth opportunities
  • Perform data analysis & modeling to identify key business trends and inform decision-making
  • Develop executive-level presentations for senior stakeholders
  • Work directly with the team’s leadership on key strategic initiatives
