Our Security Supervisor positions play a key role in upholding these values by leading onsite officers and supporting day-to-day security operations. We are currently hiring for a Security Supervisor opportunity at a corporate client site in Franklin, MA . This role involves supervising Security Officers and Lead Officers, ensuring post orders and procedures are followed, conducting post inspections, supporting scheduling and coverage needs, responding to incidents, and maintaining strong client communication, all while representing Securitas with professionalism, vigilance, and integrity. Current Opening: Position: Security Site Supervisor Pay Rate: $23.30/hr Schedule : Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • At least 1 year of security experience required.
  • Strong communication, leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle urgent situations effectively.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, patrol the site, and respond to emergencies.

Nice To Haves

  • Retail experience preferred , ideally 2+ years , but not required
  • Security certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other assigned personnel.
  • Ensure post orders are followed, rounds are completed, and required reports are submitted.
  • Coach, guide, and discipline staff as appropriate, documenting coaching and corrective actions.
  • Escalate concerns and seek guidance from management as needed.
  • Train Security Officers and other assigned personnel, review post orders, and ensure staff understand expectations and procedures.
  • Support scheduling needs and help ensure adequate coverage of all posts and positions, in coordination with company management or designated representatives.
  • Conduct post inspections as scheduled, meet with staff onsite to outline responsibilities, and ensure consistent performance and compliance.
  • Meet with client representatives as needed to confirm security requirements are being met and to provide quality customer service.
  • Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and alarms.
  • Notify proper authorities and the client when required, and submit clear documentation.
  • Maintain accurate logs and reports, and prepare and submit required paperwork as directed.
  • May perform Security Officer duties in accordance with post orders and company policy, as needed for coverage or operations.
