About The Position
The Corporate Security Senior Investigator plays a crucial role in safeguarding the integrity of the organization by conducting complex investigations into both internal and external fraud. This position is responsible for representing the company in various legal and regulatory matters, including court appearances and interactions with law enforcement agencies. As a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on security issues, the Senior Investigator provides guidance and support to other employees, ensuring that investigations are thorough and compliant with legal standards. In this role, the Senior Investigator will initiate investigations into potential fraud cases, including misuse of position and forced balancing, and escalate priority matters as necessary. They will also be responsible for preparing and submitting regulatory reports, maintaining accurate records within the Incident Case Management System (ICMS), and identifying trends that may indicate fraudulent activity. The position requires a high level of confidentiality and the ability to handle sensitive information, as well as excellent organizational and analytical skills. The Corporate Security Senior Investigator will also participate in post-investigative reviews and provide input on root cause analysis, contributing to the continuous improvement of the organization's security protocols. This role is essential in protecting the company's assets and reputation, and it requires a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks associated with fraud and theft.
