Requirements
- Valid NYS Security Guard License (Required)
- Prior experience in a corporate or office environment is a plus
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Excellent communication, observation, and documentation skills
- Must be dependable, punctual, and professional in appearance and demeanor
- Must have reliable transportation to commute to Manhattan, NY
- Comfortable working overnight and early morning shifts

Responsibilities
- Monitor and control access to the facility during overnight and early morning hours
- Conduct routine patrols and inspections of the premises
- Respond to alarms, emergencies, and unusual activity
- Maintain logs and complete detailed incident reports
- Ensure all security protocols are followed and the facility remains secure
- Provide professional assistance to any staff or visitors on-site
