Exposure to stressful situations and professional communication with authorities, executives, clients, staff, and the public. Perform access control at security entrances / exits. Conduct patrols inside / outside the client’s premises, potentially in various weather conditions and in different types of terrain. Identify and respond to safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity. Provide detailed written reports. Handling sensitive and confidential information. Work in a team environment to ensure site / organizational goals are achieved daily. Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.

Requirements

Must be 21 years of age or older
Associate degree OR 2 years of honorable military service OR 2 years of professional Law Enforcement experience
Standard computer / technology skills needed
Exceptional customer service background required
2+ years of professional experience in customer service and security required
Ability to maintain composure during urgent or high-pressure situations
Must be able to handle multiple tasks concurrently
Must be able to interact with a wide range of customers in a calm and professional manner
Must have great attention to detail and the ability to remain alert throughout the duration of the shift
All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation
