This position requires a professional demeanor, as the officer will interact with customers, employees, visitors, and guests, providing assistance and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. The officer is responsible for monitoring the premises, conducting patrols, and utilizing surveillance equipment to ensure the safety of the property and its occupants. In this role, the Corporate Security Officer will be tasked with securing the premises by patrolling the property, inspecting buildings, and monitoring access points. The officer must complete detailed reports documenting observations, incidents, and surveillance activities. A key aspect of the job is to familiarize oneself with the flow of traffic in and out of the property, recognizing regular customers, tenants, and visitors. The officer will also be responsible for preventing damage or injury by reporting irregularities and informing violators of policies and procedures.
