About the position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Corporate Security General Associate Manager. In this role, you will supervise varying levels of professionals in consulting and risk based security products and services based on defined protocols, tasks and processes to ensure timely completion, quality and compliance Corporate Security. You will identify opportunities for developing, recommending, and implementing physical security equipment standards and policies to minimize the associated risks of criminal incidents against company assets, team members, or customers. Additionally, you will make day-to-day supervisory and tactical decisions and resolve issues related to coordination, installation, upgrade, conversion or servicing of alarm systems, access controls, cameras and all other types of physical security equipment under direction of Corporate Security management. You will leverage interpretation of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements, collaborate and consult with Vendors, Colleagues and managers, manage allocation of people and financial resources for Corporate Security, and be responsible for selection, evaluation, and development of staff.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise varying levels of professionals in consulting and risk based security products and services.
  • Identify opportunities for developing, recommending, and implementing physical security equipment standards and policies.

  • Leverage interpretation of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

  • Be responsible for selection, evaluation, and development of staff.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Corporate Security experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
  • 1+ year of Leadership experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in Military (Career/Military Police/Military Elite Forces), Law Enforcement (Police Academy Graduate), TSA security screening, or Correctional Facility (Correction Officer).
  • Documented, formal, leadership training through one of the disciplines or accredited university programs.
  • Experience working in a highly regulated work environment surrounding screening and access control systems.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Access Control, CCTV, and Alarm Systems operations (Lenel On-Gard, March Networks, Biometrics).
  • Strong communications skills.
