This position will enhance relationships with key corporate business and travel industry accounts. Promotes and maintains the highest level of customer service to all guests, while staying alert to their needs. Coordinates customer specifications with other departments and responds to customer issues to ensure a quality experience. Maintains and updates monthly and yearly goals, as assigned by the Director. Researches and prospects for new and repeat business. Attends all Trade Shows, and Sales Meetings. Attends industry related outside meetings and functions. Travel 25%. Must be able to aggressively solicit new business through outside sale calls. Must be able to effectively set forth plans and actions and be held accountable and achieve set goals. Maintain a close relationship with clients to insure their functions were satisfactory. Follow up on all past meetings and functions to insure guest satisfaction.
